Strat Streetman
Founder
Strat is a filmmaker, entrepreneur, and visual storyteller whose work blends movement, emotion, and natural light into films that feel alive in the body. With a background in performance, years of international travel, and a decade of experience creating for leaders, brands, and destinations around the world, his cinematic style is defined by warmth, depth, and honesty.
As the co-founder of multiple ventures — including a retreat company he and Nico built and sold, and now Black Sail Capital, their boutique hotel investing firm — Strat brings a rare combination of artistic instinct and business intelligence. He understands story from both sides: the creator shaping it and the entrepreneur living it.
Whether directing, filming, or editing, Strat approaches every project with intention. His work transforms real experiences into narrative-driven films that resonate long after they're seen.

Nico Streetman
Co-Founder
Nico is the creative and operational spine of Solsea Studios. a rare blend of intuitive director, high-level operator, and hospitality strategist. Before stepping into entrepreneurship, she managed luxury hotels under Marriott and Westin and later served as COO for multiple multimillion-dollar Real Estate and Event companies.
As a founder, Nico helped build and sell a retreat company, and today co-owns Black Sail Capital alongside Strat — giving her a powerful dual perspective: This is what makes her creative direction different.
Her background in wellness, energy work, and holistic modalities allows her to direct sets with a grounded intuition and an understanding of human emotion that elevates every frame. She shapes stories with presence, clarity, and intention — ensuring that every project reflects truth, depth, and purpose.
