Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, designs, copywriting, and creative assets produced by us remain property of Solsea Studios until final payment is received in full.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

Payment Terms

Deposits are non-refundable.
Remaining balances are due before final delivery.
Late payments may incur fees.
Chargebacks will be legally disputed with documented proof of service.

Project Timelines

Deadlines depend on:

Client responsiveness
Scope changes
Availability of required materials

We are not responsible for delays caused by the client.

Cancellation

If you cancel a project:

Work completed is still billable
Deposits are non-refundable
Additional hours are billed at our hourly rate

Revisions

Projects include a predefined number of revisions. Extra revisions may incur additional fees.

Liability Limit

We are not liable for:

Lost revenue
Business disruptions
Delays caused by third parties
Damages arising from misuse of delivered assets

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
